Trump Receives Multiple Death Threats on Facebook; One Arrested

An Arizona man, Manuel Tamayo-Torres, was arrested for making multiple death threats against former U.S. President Donald Trump and his family on Facebook.

Court documents, which referred to Trump as “Individual-1”, revealed Tamayo-Torres posted videos threatening Trump’s life. In one video, he stated that Trump, his son, and entire family would die, declaring this as their only future reality.

In another video from early this month, Tamayo-Torres threatened to shoot Trump while displaying a white AR-15 style rifle loaded with a 30-round magazine.

The arrest highlights the serious legal consequences of making online death threats against public figures.
